- Continue discussion of Service Coordinator lack of volunteer and how to schedule zoom hosts and leaders in lieu of this position being filled.
Some considerations:
- each meeting appoints its own zoom hosts & leaders;
- meetings become groups and have business meetings monthly to this end and others;
- Bridge Groups decide to function without appointed zoom hosts, leaders: to be chosen at time of meeting.
Should Saturday continue to be a Bridge scheduled & identified meeting?
OLD BUSINESS
- Closing entry to meetings after “X” minutes to exclude potential intruders. – Kayeri A.
- Continue discussion of having IGRs for each meeting.
- Discussion of having 4 separate groups.
- Would making this change eliminate the need for a separate intergroup meeting?
NEW BUSINESS
In the Bridge meeting script, following the nine tools is the paragraph with the definition of abstinence. Recommend removing the word “quote:” from this sentence. – Paula S.
